Pepi is a dynamic facilitator and coach, passionate about the transformation of individuals. Her philosophy of life is that you cannot grow without changing. She desires to help people change their mindset and behaviour and to develop new skills to be able to achieve success in life. 
 
She has over 35-years of work experience in sales, marketing, management, and training & facilitation in a business environment. She has been training and coaching online for about 3 years. Pepi uses real-life examples to illustrate theoretical concepts which enable understanding and application.
 
She has a degree in Medical science and a diploma in marketing management. She is an accredited whole-brain practitioner with the KN Institute for Creativity and incorporates whole brain teaching and practices into most of her business-related workshops.
 
She has completed several sales courses and is a registered assessor of business qualifications in South Africa. Pepi has had the pleasure of teaching wonderful students over the year of her teaching career and she only wants the best of the best for her valuable students.
